Cone liners are where most of your wear budget goes, so profile and alloy selection matter more here than anywhere else in the plant. CWP casts cone crusher mantles and bowl liners — including manganese cone liners for abrasive feed — from an extensive library of patterns built over more than twenty years, in manganese and chrome grades matched to the abrasiveness of your material.

When a standard profile is not the right answer, our in-house engineering team will work a custom crusher liner profile against your chamber geometry, feed gradation and target product spec.

Blow bar alloy is a trade-off between wear resistance and toughness, and getting it wrong is expensive in both directions — a bar that wears too fast costs you changeouts, a bar that is too hard breaks. CWP supplies impact crusher blow bars and wear parts across the alloy range so the bar is matched to your feed, not to whatever was on the shelf.

For clean, non-abrasive feed we will point you at a harder, longer-wearing bar. For tramp-prone recycle we will point you at something tougher. Either way it is a conversation, not a part number lookup.
